I recommend that you get at least three days of strength training in along with your seven days of aerobic exercise. Strength training will build your muscles as you burn fat. The combination of strength training and aerobic exercise will trigger your metabolic rate and cause your body to burn fat like crazy.

3. Drink lots of water. If you are working out as much as I mentioned, you’ll need to carry a gallon jug of water with you and finish it by bed time. You will need to keep your system flushed. Don’t drink it in large gulps. Sip the water all day long and if possible, keep it cold.

4. Get lots of rest when you are training. Your body needs the time to break down your cells and regenerate them, making them stronger and more capable of handling the next workload.
