How to Lose 10 Pounds Fast

The biggest enigma in your life right now is how to lose your weight, is it? Well not to worry. Losing weight is one of the simplest tasks but also of the most challenging. How to go about it? First thing first, get yourself a good dietitian and exercise instructor as every person has a different body make up and metabolic rate. So once you are done with these two tasks, next make a list of food items you are allowed to have according to your dietician and stick to it religiously (control over your taste buds is the first mantra to follow for a slim and fit body). Now that you have made a list, have a proper routine, assign a regular exercise time every day or alternate days as per your comfort. Because one thing to keep in mind regarding work outs is that, irregular work outs are disastrous for your health and figure.
Now some points to keep in mind when on the path towards a slimmer tomorrow are -chew your food thoroughly, that enhances our digestive secretions and help us increase our metabolic rate (having a good metabolic rate is the key to lose weight, always remember that!). The second thing to keep a in a mind is that we should have our dinner 3 hours before sleeping, because at night our metabolic rate is very low, therefore the food that we take tends to get stored and turns into tires. Also exercise after dinner is a good way to increase our metabolic rate at night. The best time to have good amount of food is in the morning (just as soon as we wake up) as in the morning our metabolic rate is very high. It is better to have your breakfast within 1 hour of waking up. One of the best tips to boost our metabolism is to eat small amount of food frequently rather than eat 2-3 big meals everyday.
Taking vitamins and minerals are one of the shortcuts to loosing weight fast as certain Vit-B complexes like Riboflavin and Niacian greatly enhanced our fat, sugar and carbohydrates digesting ability. Eating fibrous food items like salad(with low fat dressing ), serials etc is a good option to increase our fat digestion process. Green tea is another boon for weight losers as this also prevents absorption of cholesterol into the intestine and hence avoids its storage.
As far as exercise is concerned, it’s better to take it slowly rather than be over enthusiastic and end up in cramps. It’s very essential that we follow a uniform exercising schedule for positive weight loss. One of the better options to go for is swimming, walking and pull-ups. It’s also necessary to stop being impulsive and count your calories before you eat any food items. Don’t ever exceed your daily allotted consumption of calories (as per the dietician). Irregularity is never recommended in either your diet or workouts, if you want to loose 10 pound fast. While on the weight loose regime, one thing you can devour without guilt is fruits and vegetables. Gobble up as many green, leafy, fibrous and full of vitamins things as you can, no bar or restrictions there!
