Are you tired of carrying a lot too much extra weight around your mid-section Would you like to trim your fat and get a nice toned body I’d like to share a few of my favorite tips to make this happen. The first tip is to make sure that you do at least 3-4 days of cardio exercise. The sessions need to last at least 30-40 minutes a piece. Remember that the more work you do the more calories you’ll burn.
You don’t always have to run on a treadmill either. I personally can’t stand running on a treadmill so I choose to do other things to lose weight. I like to do cardio activities that are enjoyable to me. Playing basketball is a great activity that you can do to lose weight. You can also play tennis, soccer, go swimming, take a bike ride, and go hiking. All of these activities are things that are both fun and things that are enjoyable to do for most people.
The next thing you need to do is get your diet in check. In my opinion this is the most difficult thing you can do. However you’ll never see a lot of success if you don’t start eating healthier. You need to eat at least five small meals each day that contain at least 400 calories in them. By doing this you’ll keep your metabolism going and that will burn any extra calories. It will also keep you from eating too much which usually happens when people eat 3 meals per day.
