If you can do proper belly fat exercise then you will have no problem losing that belly bulge to get the body that your desire. The problem is what exercises should you do to get rid of that tummy fat? Worry not! I am about to reveal some simple exercise that you can use to flatten your midsection in record time.

Exercise #1- First you must get your heart rate up and pumping faster to speed up your metabolism. The best way to do this is to do some simple aerobics. This could also be some jogging or walking so that your muscles can get warm. This is very important because if your muscles are not warm you may risk injuring yourself.

Exercise #2- To really speed you the belly fat exercises, you will need to target your abdominal muscles. A good way to start is to do some ab crunched to tighten this area. Lay on you back and with your knees at a 45 degree angle to the floor. Use you hands for support on your next and raise your upper body to meet your knees while keeping the sole of your feet on the ground. This exercise is very good to target the lower abdominals.

Exercise #3- Another way to Target your abdominals is to also lay on your back with your feet stretched out. keep your upper body on the floor while lifting both legs up to about 45 degrees from the ground the return the to resting position. If you are just starting out you can start off with about 3 sets of 20 repetitions and then increase as your stamina increases.
