Bodyweight exercises can challenge you more than traditional cardio. In addition, you can spend less time working out and get more results. The best feature about this simple workout is that you can literally do it anywhere, any time.

Without further hesitation, here is an easy, fast, and effective fat burning workout. Perform 10 Burpees and then rest for 60 seconds. Repeat 7-9 times.

Burpee-Stand with a shoulder width stance. Squat down and put your hands on the floor in front of your feet. Next, kick your feet back so you are in the top part of a pushup. Then, thrust your legs back up to your hands so you are in the squat position with your hands still on the floor. Finally, jump explosively into the air. As soon as you land, quickly get into the squat position and continue.

There are a few ways you can change this workout to keep making it effective. The two easiest ways are:

1) Next time you do the workout, add another round or two of Burpees

2) Decrease your rest periods; you could decrease the rest period by 5 seconds each workout
