Posted by admin in Prescription Weight Loss on October 02nd, 2009

Quick easy weight loss is easier than you may think. It doesn’t really have to take a lot of time or even really a lot of effort. However, if you don’t know what to do, you’ll never reach those wonderful weight loss goals of yours.

Drink a lot of water

Did you know that water may be the number one reason why you haven’t lost the weight yet? It’s absolutely true. Water is what the body uses to burn fat. It is an essential fluid that the kidneys need to do their bodily function. Without it, the liver has to work twice as hard because it has to help the kidneys if there is not enough water in the body’s system.

The liver’s function is to help the body burn fat, but if the kidneys don’t have enough water, the liver cannot do it’s job very well. So therefore, you should do whatever you have to do to get more water in your system. That could mean buying a pretty water bottle or even putting cool water in an inviting glass pitcher in your refrigerator. Whatever makes water look good to you, do it. That way you can ensure that you will drink and gain all the fat burning benefits of it. Quick easy weight loss can hardly get any easier than that.

Know what tempts you

Many people have just a few foods that really get their motor running. Some people really like meat. Others have a real sweet tooth. It’s up to you to find out what you just can’t keep your hands off of in the supermarket. After that, do something about it. Your waistline will thank you.

Don’t eat at night

If you can stop eating after around six or seven at night, do it. After about two or three weeks you will notice a difference in your waistline. This is a great way to lose weight because you won’t be eating those extra two or three hundred calories you normally take in at night

Something I do for Quick Easy Weight Loss is I go on a tirade of figuring out just what is that’s keeping me from losing weight. I wrote about my findings here.
