d. Raise your upper body to go as close as possible to your knees while keeping the your bottom and the sole of your feet on the ground. Pause for about 3 seconds and then return to resting position.
e. Repeat this exercise in about 3 sets of 30 repetitions.
Exercise #2- The Leg Lift
This exercise will also work the lower abdominals while strengthening your core muscles. Follow the instructions below to execute it.
a. Just as with the abdominal crunch, you will lay flat on your back.
b. Keep your feet stretched outwards instead of bending your knees.
c. Now raise your legs to about 45 degrees from the ground with your upper body still on the ground and hole them there for about 10 seconds.
d. Return your legs to resting position.
e. Repeat this exercise in about 3 sets of 30 repetition.
Doing the above exercises to get rid of belly fat are very effective. You can spend at least 30 minutes per day to execute them and pretty soon you will have amazing results.
