Relax your body and mind, but not your routine. Many factors including work-related stress can cause you to skip meals or over-eat and hence lead to fat accumulating in the wrong places. You should learn to relax even as your new diet and exercise routine will help you to tone up your body and melt that fat right off your stomach. Do not relax your routine once you become fit since the fat can stick right back to your stomach and demoralize you again.
