It is every woman’s right to look gorgeous and stay fit. Weight loss and muscle building has got to do with both your diets and the workout. You cannot acquire such body just like that without pain and with this your diet and workout has to go simultaneously.

1. No matter what ever your target is, but if you wish to lose weight you will have to make sure that you take proper amount of nutrition in your diet. When we say, it does not mean that you have to go for dieting, but it means that, you need to take proper healthy diet for weight loss and muscle building.
2. You must include proteins, fibre and energy in your diet or else you will end up feeling fatigue and whole of the goal will sink in water. Eat green vegetables and fruits to keep fit and burn fat side by side. Avoid junk food completely.
3. It is no more a truth that weight training and strength training exercised for muscle building are meant for men only. Women are seen everywhere hitting the gym for fitness. For muscle building, join a gym and look for a good instructor, who can guide you on the techniques of weight and strength training exercises. If you follow the regime continuously with good diet, you will be able to see the difference within one month.
4. Drink lots and lots of water to keep you active and hydrated during the workout and otherwise also for weight loss. You can go for outside food once in a while but keep in mind that you do not have to eat like an insane and your diet has to be healthy, so that you can gain the benefits of your workout for muscle building and lose weight.
