Let’s face it. We are all lazy and we are looking for the quick, lazy way of burning fat even when we sleep if possible. Speed imposed by our busy lives and stress are the biggest enemies of a healthy lifestyle and pushes us into looking the convenient, fast paced solutions to any problem.

Is it possible to burn fat by doing little to no effort? It is possible to lose weight without doing a lot of effort but it’s not as fast as you’d wish it. The fast ways require more effort from you. The healthy, natural ways have medium speed. There are always plenty of choices and lots of methods to apply, however the topic of this article is the “lazy” way of doing things. Obviously, you need to do some changes in your lifestyle. It won’t just happen because you read an article or a book on the topic.

Change number 1: Replace sodas and beer with water (or if you want an extra kick to your water make lemonade using lemons and honey)

Change number 2: Eat half a portion of what you are used to (you don’t need for start to lose you favorite foods, remember it’s the lazy way. You will only need to renounce at half of what your are eating.)

Change number 3: Whenever you can, walk instead of riding a train, using a cab or other transportation (if you can do a little jogging even better)

Change number 4: Monitor your weight constantly. You feel very bad when you’ll found out at the end of the day you gain weight instead of losing it and it will be a powerful motivation factor. You can even trick yourself, by drinking lots of water it will add an extra kick when the water weight will be gone.
