Are you having a hard time trying to lose butt fat? The process can be made a little easier by implementing some simple food substitutions. The worst nutrition habit of overweight people that contributes to their excess fat is the fact that they snack between meals and after dinner at night before they go to bed on super high-fat foods. These foods mainly consist of deep-fried snack foods and/or chocolate and/or nuts and/or cheese. Replace these bad foods with good foods that do not produce excess fat. Here are some good foods for bad food substitutions:

1) For potato chips and other deep-fried snack foods, replace them with air popped popcorn or low-fat popcorn like Orville Redenbacher’s Smart Pop which contains only six grams of fat per bag; or eat fat-free pretzels and/or baked potato chips and other baked snacks etc.

2) Replace French Fries with baked potatoes and other non-fried potato recipes that you will find in your supermarket. You may also be able to find fat-free frozen French Fries at your supermarket. And best, replace them with low starch, low calorie vegetables like tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and other green and yellow vegetables.

3) Replace oil-based salad dressings with fat-free salad dressings to help lose butt fat.

4) Don’t use butter on bread or other items. You won’t miss it.

5) Replace regular sour cream with fat free sour cream.

6) And, replace whole milk with fat free skim milk; eat fat-free cheese instead of regular cheese and fat-free yogurt instead of ice cream.

After you start doing these things along with a fitness program you are going to lose butt fat and gain inches in the right places. You’ll lose inches where fat is stored and you’ll gain inches in the right places such as the chest and shoulders. So, when you are checking your progress, don’t worry about scales - check the fit of your clothes and use a tape measure to measure your progress.
