How Fasting Can Make You Lose Fat

I want to talk to you about how fasting can make you lose fat. I know this flies in contrast to everything that you’ve learned about weight loss. I was always told that I had to eat every few hours or I’d go into dreaded starvation mode. I was told that this was the point where your body starts consuming lean body mass and storing fat. This is just all lies. It’s all misinformation with the only purpose of having you consume. The food industry and supplements industry can’t make money if they told you the truth about intermittently fasting because you wouldn’t be eating 6 meals a day and buying all the stuff they sell. I’m going to show you how fasting can make you lose fat.
The fact is that your body is going to consume fat when you go into fasting. Basically when you don’t eat you’re going to have your insulin crash. It’s just what happens, so the body has to compensate for that crash and bring the insulin up to a healthier level. The only way to do that is through the consumption of fat. Now, if you starve yourself for a weak your body will eventually start consuming the muscles, but you stick to a 24 hour fast, than you’re going to get fat to burn at a very efficient rate.
Fasting is a great way to eat because it’s simple. The weight loss comes from the fast, rather than what you eat. Think about that. You can still eat a relatively bad diet. You can have your birthday cake and greasy ribs, but you just need to dedicate a day or two to fasting every week and you’ll lose weight.
