How would you like a system so simple that you can use it any time you want to melt fat and burn calories? Aren’t you tired of feeling old and out of shape? Wouldn’t you like to finally get the results you’ve always wanted? I know how you’re feeling because I was in your exact same situation not that long ago. I felt like no matter what I did I couldn’t lose weight and get in shape.

The first thing you need to do is to start eating 5-6 small meals per day. These meals should contain at least 400 calories. However, to know exactly how much you need to be eating take a look at any of the BMI calculators you can find on the internet. Remember that if you want to lose weight you need to eat healthy at least 80% of the time. This means that 8 out of 10 meals have to contain healthy nutrients that speed up your metabolism.

The next thing you need to do is start burning those extra calories. Eating healthy food is important because it speeds up your metabolism and it prevents extra fat build up. However you need to do some activity to finally start burning fat away. Instead of running on a treadmill all day I recommend you pick and activity you like doing and one that works up a sweat. I love to play basketball because it burns a lot of calories and I enjoy doing it. You might like to play tennis, swim, go bike riding, or go hiking.

The last thing you need to do is to drink more water. Water is great because it doesn’t contain any calories. A lot of the soda drinks and other juices you drink contain at least 150 calories per can. Drinking water will make it so you don’t have to put any of these empty calories into your body. Water also cures your hunger because a lot of the time your body is just thirsty when you think it’s hungry.
