Unwanted belly fat can be depressing and deplete your confidence daily. Many times the sight of a fat body makes even it’s owner sick to the stomach. Although losing weight is considered difficult by many, I have some proven information that has helped me out.
Before we get started I want to rid the myth of you needing to go to the gym to lose weight. I never went to the gym to get the body I have today nor did the people who helped me go. Belly fat is lost in a few ways:
1. Find how many calories you should be taking in per day to maintain your weight, then mathematically figure out how many calories you need to decrease from your diet per day to reach your goal in the time frame you want to.
2.Use meal replacement supplementation that is high in minerals, vitamins and loaded with Enzymes.
-Now if you are one of those people who don’t like to use meal replacement shakes, because you think it’s not “real food.” Let me tell you, in today’s society there is no such thing as real food. With all the crap done to our food, I’ve found that some meal replacement shakes are more healthy than the food we eat. Quiet as it’s kept it is the food you eat that has gotten you to the weight that you are today. My research has shown that many foods actually cause weight gain. For example, unless you are eating whole grain bread chances are your bread is sticking to the walls of your intestines turning into unwanted sugar in your body, retaining water, and increasing your belly fat.
-If you do decide to take the meal replacement route as I’ve suggested your body will easily shed inches with out the gym. But if you don’t know this, you will always be guessing at how to lose weight. Guessing leads to frustration and frustration eventually leads to failure, depression, or both. Think about anything you are confident in, do you feel frustrated when you do it? If you feel confident in your ability to have sex, don’t you feel confident when you lay in the bed with your spouse that you can rock their world? Now this is an extreme example and a funny one, but the same is true for belly fat lose.
3. Have as many meals per day to reach your calorie goal as possible. So your goal is to have 1800 calories per day then my suggestion is spread that 1800 calories over 6 meals as opposed to 1, 2 or 3. This keeps your metabolism high allowing you to burn more fat.
4. Stay away from sugar! If you’re serious about losing belly fat and staying healthy, you have got to limit the amount of sugar you put into your body. The main reason is because sugar has absolutely no nutritional value for your body and even if you eat it, your body will still want regular food. Don’t get me wrong while I was getting my wash board abs I did cheat every once in a while but certainly not every day. For some reason when you start rolling you feel terrible reverting backwards.
